Summary in English. SERP 業務彙整 is a read-only Chrome extension. It reads query pages on four SERP subdomains using the user's own signed-in session, only when the user starts a scan, or opens settings or switches the signed-in user (to read the signed-in employee ID, name and department options). There is no scheduled or background polling. It reads order, tour, Q message, payment, card-authorization and request data shown on those pages, including customer, traveler and sales names; on the Checklist it only reads whether each traveler's English name, passport data and membership binding are complete, never passport numbers; from the legacy back office's group order change log it reads only the time, order number and before/after status columns, to get the time an order last became KK. Card numbers, IPs and request contact details are not read. Settings, hidden-order records and the latest results are stored locally in chrome.storage on the user's device, are not synced, and are deleted when the extension is removed. The only data sent outside SERP is a feedback report the user explicitly submits from the side panel (「⋯」→「回報」→「送出」): the text the user writes, screenshots the user adds, optionally the step log of the current feature (order or request numbers, no message contents, names or amounts, with card numbers, IPs, emails, phone and ID numbers masked again before sending), the extension version, the employee ID and name from settings, the page and feature being viewed, query conditions and the submit time. It goes to the developer's own endpoint on Cloudflare Workers, which accepts reports only from the Chrome Web Store build and uses the connecting IP for per-minute rate limiting without storing it. Reports are kept only until the developer pulls them into private work notes, then deleted from the endpoint; they are never published or shared. There is no analytics, AI or remote code. Data is never sold, transferred to third parties, or used for any purpose other than this single purpose.
